Having a fun time at the Annie Selke Showroom; loving all the blues and whites

The High Point Furniture Show this year was a feast for the eyes, with a range of exciting trends that are sure to inspire interior designers and homeowners alike. Here are some of the top trends that caught our attention:

Gold is in big time. From lighting to accessories, gold is everywhere, adding a touch of glamour and sophistication to any space.

Blush is the new neutral. This soft, warm hue is versatile and easy to incorporate into any design scheme, making it a popular choice for furniture, fabrics and accessories.

Blue and green focus as a popular color combination. Whether used in fabrics, furniture, or accessories, this color pairing is fresh and modern, yet timeless and classic.

Neutral shades are a constant, but with a more textured look. Creams are back with taupes, blended with gray. The look is very classic with fresh pops of color, as well as novelty shapes such as polka dots and leaf shapes added to brighten the neutrals.

Coral and aqua blue is a popular new color combo. The look is fresh and leaves one feel revitalized

COLOR, COLOR, COLOR! From turquoise walls to coral and blush accents, color was everywhere. Showrooms such as Annie Selke and Design Legacy showcased a range of colors from blue and white, to corals with turquoise, and of course neutrals with blush.

Meeting Annie Selke. Fantastic memory I will cherish from this year's show

Wallpaper was also a popular choice and sprinkled throughout the show in beautiful graphic designs

Rounded curvilinear shapes in furniture are rising in populararity and the curve trend is definitely one to keep and eye on.

Loads of traditional patterns with a modern twist such as fresh white with orange. Orange and corals show up in lots of fabrics and wallpapers

These are just a few of the exciting trends that we saw at the High Point Furniture Show this year. From traditional styles to modern twists, there was something for everyone.

We can't wait to see how these trends will influence the world of interior design in the coming months!
